Order & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are dispatched within 10 business days.
For custom-made or personalized pieces, production times may vary. In such cases, the estimated delivery timeline will be communicated to you.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic shipments within Türkiye are typically delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and usually take 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Is there a shipping fee?
No. Shipping costs are covered by Posto Studio for both domestic and international orders.
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return period?
For standard (non-custom) products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

These products are produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
Is the returned product inspected?
Yes. All returned items undergo a quality control inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
If signs of use, stains, fabric stretching, deformation, assembly marks, or any condition that prevents resale are detected, the return request will not be approved.

Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order after the return process is completed.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
At the time of delivery, a courier damage report must be issued.
You must notify us within 48 hours by sending photos and details to info@postostudio.com.
Custom Production & Design
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. We provide custom sizing and personalized design services.
How does the custom design process work?
Dimensions, fabric, and design details are finalized based on your request. Production begins after your written confirmation.
Why are custom products non-returnable?
Custom-sized and personalized pieces are produced exclusively for the individual customer. Since they cannot be resold, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Product & Warranty
Where are your products manufactured?
All Posto Studio products are produced in local workshops under a limited production philosophy.
Are your products under warranty?
Manufacturing defects are covered under a 2-year warranty. Damages caused by improper use are not covered.
I am unsure about the dimensions. Can you assist?
Of course. We are happy to provide support regarding measurements and placement before you place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
You may complete your purchase using a credit card with single payment or installment options.
