Refund & Return Policy
Posto Studio
At Posto Studio, each piece is produced with intention and care. We encourage you to review all dimensions, materials, and details carefully before placing your order.
1. Standard Products – Right of Withdrawal
For non-custom products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, please submit a request via the “My Orders” page.
Return Conditions:
Returned products must:

Be unused and in original condition
-
Include original packaging, labels, and all accessories

Not have been used for photoshoots, events, or commercial purposes

Be returned with the original invoice
All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
If signs of use, deformation, stains, odor, fabric stretching, assembly marks, or any condition preventing resale are detected, the return will not be approved and the product will be sent back to the customer.
If approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.
Return shipping costs for eligible returns are covered by Posto Studio.
2. Made-to-Order & Custom Products (Non-Returnable)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-sized products
-
Made-to-order furniture
-
Personalized items (fabric, color, dimension selection)
-
Custom-designed pieces created upon customer request
These products are produced exclusively for the customer and cannot be resold.
Therefore, custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged:

A courier damage report must be issued at the time of delivery.

Photos and documentation must be sent to info@postostudio.com within 48 hours.
Without an official courier damage report, transportation-related claims cannot be processed.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Following evaluation, Posto Studio may offer repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
4. Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a product different from your order, please contact info@postostudio.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timelines for custom-made items may vary and will be communicated prior to production.
6. Legal Framework
All sales are subject to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
