SHIPPING POLICY

Posto Studio

At Posto Studio, each piece is produced and prepared with care. Below you will find detailed information regarding processing, shipping, and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products, processing times may vary. In such cases, the estimated production and delivery timeline will be communicated prior to shipment.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are covered by Posto Studio for both domestic and international orders.

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Delivery Times

Domestic Shipments (Türkiye)

Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipments

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and typically range between 7–14 business daysafter dispatch.

Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You may use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.


6. Damaged Shipments

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • A courier damage report must be issued at the time of delivery.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours at info@postostudio.com

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.

Without an official damage report, transportation-related claims cannot be processed.

7. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Posto Studio does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.
